MAMERTO NATIVIDAD, JR.

He was commander-in-chief of the revolutionary army of Central Luzon during the first phase of the Philippine Revolution (1896-1897).

He was one of the signatories of the Constitution of Biak-na-bato which established a provinsional revolutionary government.

He died in an encounter with Spanish cazadores in San Fernando, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija.
