Jejomar "Jojo" Cabauatan Binay (born November 11, 1941) is the current mayor of the Makati City, Philippines. He is also the President of the United Opposition (UNO), President of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Laban (PDP-Laban) and President of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines.
Mayor Jejomar C. Binay Considered among the most vocal critics of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo and her administration, he has been fearless in expressing his dissenting views and strong objections to pressing national issues. These include the fraudulent 2004 national elections and the unscrupulous machinations of the Arroyo administration to effect charter change (Cha-Cha) and the subsequent shift to the parliamentary form of government.
